• Flower arrangements, cakes displayed on the website are indicative and can vary in design at the time of delivery. 

​

• Product charges displayed on the site are all-inclusive of all costs. We offer free standard delivery for the first attempt. The free delivery excludes cities like Goa, Shimla, Gangtok, Meghalaya, and other hill stations where the delivery charges depend upon distance.

​

• During summer, the appearance and taste of cake changes due to high temperature. Depending upon the time of order our delivery staff may take a decision to deliver cakes before 10 am or after 4 pm during summers to maintain the quality of the cake.

​

• In the event of unavailability of the product, the items will need to be substituted. The same will be notified to the customer before processing the order.

​

• Any complaints must be raised within 3 hours of delivery.

​Payment / Refunds / Cancellation

​

• We currently accept payments via all international debit and credit cards for online payments and PayPal. PayPal payments attract a transaction fee of AUD 1.5, which needs to be added to the amount being paid.

​

• For payments in INR, we also offer manual payment options like direct bank transfer and PayTM.

​

• Customers making payments from outside Australia should note that the online payment gateway accepts payments only in Australian Dollars. The amount charged will be in the currency of your respective country and will include an international currency conversion fee, as set by your financial institution.

​

• The currency conversion rates on the website is an approximation. The actual transaction amount for currencies other than Australian Dollar transactions is dependent on the conversion rate of your financial institution.

​

• For any applicable refunds, the full AUD amount of the order is refunded which is converted into the currency of your respective country at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some instances, your financial institution may levy a transaction charge when processing refunds.

• In case, the delivery is not executed due to the situations mentioned below you shall still be charged for the order

  • Wrong delivery address

  • Locked premises

  • Recipients unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery
