How do I place an order?
You can place your order via website or WhatsApp with complete information on +61 468376750. Information required to process the order:

Is customisation possible?
We offer our customers the ease of customising the product to their liking. The pricing may or may not vary depending upon the level of customisation. Please call / WhatsApp on +61 468 376 750 or email kusumfloraonline@gmail.com for additional details.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept payments via all international debit and credit cards for online payments and PayPal. PayPal payments attract a transaction fee of AUD 1.5, which needs to be added to the amount being paid.
For payments in INR, we offer manual payment options via direct bank transfer and PayTM. Please select manual payment at the checkout for payments outside the website. For direct bank transfer, for security reasons, we are happy to provide the bank details personally. For PayTM please transfer the amount to +91 88710 96114.

If ordered from outside Australia, you will be charged an international currency conversion fee, as set by your financial institution when making payments in currencies other than AUD.

The currency conversion rates on the website is an approximation. The actual transaction amount for currencies other than Australian Dollar transactions is dependent on the conversion rate of your financial institution.
What is the latest time my order will be delivered?
All orders are delivered before 5 pm IST on a regular day unless requested to deliver later in the evening or opted for a fixed time or midnight delivery. Kusumflora is not liable for delayed delivery under local conditions like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, political chaos, strikes & bandhs, or any other situation beyond our control. We attempt to keep the sender informed of any such delays.
Can I send a message or card with the order?
We offer a complimentary message card with all orders. Just type in your message when placing your order and we will take care of the rest. You can also order an occasion-based greeting card at an additional cost.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
Kusumflora will notify you via sms/email/call once your order has been delivered with the receiver’s name.
What do we do if there is no one home to receive orders?
If there is no one available to receive the parcel our staff will attempt to leave the parcel with the neighbour or in a secured location after seeking the recipient’s consent. If either of these are not viable, we will request the receiver to collect the order from a specified address to avoid additional delivery charges. Please read our delivery policy for more details.
What is the cut-off time for deliveries on special days like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.?
Kusumflora does not accept any fixed time or mid-night deliveries on special days due to the large volume of orders on special occasions. We attempt to process your order at the earliest possible time, but the order could be delayed given the volume of orders on such days.
How do I make changes to my order?
Kusumflora is happy to process customised orders on request. Please contact us via phone at +61 468 376 750 or email kusumfloraonline@gmail.com to place your request. Changes to delivery details like address, phone number is possible 24 hours prior to the delivery date.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
It is our promise to deliver customer satisfaction. Please let us know your issue or concern and we will try to resolve it either by way of replacement or providing a refund. Please read our refund policy.
Does Kusumflora deliver across India?
Kusumflora delivers to almost 9000 pin codes in India however few regional or rural areas may not be possible due to unavailability of products and florists.
Is the product cost inclusive of delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for all standard orders. Standard free delivery is not available in cities like Goa, Shimla, Gangtok, Meghalaya, and other hill stations and the delivery charges will depend upon distance. There is an additional charge applicable for a fixed time and midnight deliveries. Please read our delivery policy to know more.
