DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

Standard delivery across India is free of charge for the first attempt.

If the product needs to be re-delivered due to unforeseen situations the same will attract a re-delivery fee of AUD 6.

Delivery for specified delivery slots attracts the below charges:

Fixed Time Delivery: There is a charge of AUD 8 for deliveries during specific time slots. Subject to other terms and conditions the delivery will be made ±30 minutes of the requested time.

​Midnight Delivery: Midnight deliveries are charged AUD 15. Subject to other terms and conditions delivery will be made anytime between 11:00 pm to 11:59pm on the chosen date.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver flowers, cakes, chocolates, gift hampers, healthy snacks and other items to across India depending upon product availability and location.
​
The order is processed and delivered within 24 hours once placed unless specified for a particular date. Kusumflora is not liable for delayed delivery under local conditions like flood, fire, wars, acts of God, political chaos, strikes & bandhs or any other situation beyond our control.

Any complaints must be raised within 3 hours of delivery.
​
In case the product couldn’t be delivered on account of a mistake by yourself (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost for redelivery to a different location shall be charged to the customer placing the order.
​
Perishable goods: We will attempt delivery of perishable items only once. After the first attempt the order will need to be collected by the recipient from a given address. No refunds or cancellations will be made for perishable goods.
​
Non-perishable goods or goods with longer shelf life: Our partners will make every attempt to deliver the parcel and will try to contact you before delivery to avoid situations like incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient or refusal to accept the order. In the unlikely event the product could not be delivered the goods will need to be collected from the given address or the product can be re-delivered for an extra charge. No refund or cancellation is applicable in such a case.

Delivery policy when the recipient is not at home: ​Under circumstances when the recipient is not at home our delivery staff will:

Try to leave the parcel with the neighbour after seeking recipient’s consent.

Leave the parcel at a secure location like with security guard or within the vicinity of the home with recipient’s consent.

When either of the option is not available, request the recipient to collect the parcel from a specific location to avoid extra delivery charges.
​
Some areas are classified as restricted where delivery may not be possible after hours as listed.
