STORE POLICY

We founded Kusumflora with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • While we ensure we provide the best gifting experience to our customers but there are circumstances beyond our control. We are happy to provide a refund in case of service failure. Once the order is evaluated, the decision to offer a refund solely lies on Kusumflora and is the final decision.

  • All transactions are in AUD (Australian Dollars). You will be charged an international currency conversion fee, as set by your financial institution when making payments in currencies other than AUD.

​

  • A refund cannot exceed the order value and we do not take any responsibility for loss of goods.

​

  • In case you are unhappy with the product quality, we will attempt to replace it with an alternative product. The complaint must be raised within 3 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear product pictures.

​

  • Once the complaint is raised, we will respond to you within 48 hours with a suitable resolution.

​

  • We understand the emotions that go behind gifting and take extra care to deliver a high standard of service. While we understand the messages accompanied with cakes and gifts are extremely important however, due to other complexities involved we do not guarantee the accuracy of messages and spelling. A refund in such a case is not applicable.

  • For any applicable refunds, the full AUD amount of the order is refunded which is converted into the currency of your respective country at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. In some instances, your financial institution may levy a transaction charge when processing refunds.

  • Refund is not applied under the below-listed cases and you shall still be charged for the entire order.

            o    Wrong delivery address
            o    Locked premises
            o    Recipients unavailability 
            o    Refusal to accept delivery

 

  • You can cancel your order for a full refund 24hours prior to delivery. 50% amount will be deducted for cancellations once the 24-hour window starts

  • The full AUD amount of the order is refunded except the transaction fee levied by the payment gateway and your financial institution. For any international transactions other than AUD the order amount is converted at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference if any in the refund and amount charged is due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate. â€‹

1. Why do we collect your information?

We collect certain information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or fill out a form. The information collected can be used in the following manner:

  • Order processing

  • Authenticating the user details

  • Promotions and deals from Kusumflora

  • Updates on latest collections

 

2. What information do we collect?

We primarily collect the below information:

  • Full Name of the Receiver

  • Full Name of the Sender

  • Receiver’s address and phone number

  • Sender’s email and phone number

3. How often does Kusumflora send emails to people on the email lists?

 

Emails are sent to share updates on gifts for special occasions like Diwali, Holi, Mother’s Day, Valentines’ Day, Father’s Days, etc., promotional discounts once a month. However, the recipient always has the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

4. How do I opt-out of receiving promotional communication?

 

The email recipient is more than welcome to opt-out of the mailing list by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link present on each newsletter.

 

5. What can I do if I find unsolicited mail from Kusumflora?

 

Kusumflora will never ask for your personal information on email nor will send out any unsolicited emails. We encourage you to contact us immediately and give us as many details as possible.
